Year End Sales and Costco Promotion

Costco, the wholesale warehouse store behind the $1.50 hot dog combo deal, is offering rebates on select new and used Chevy, Buick, and GMC SUVs and trucks for the Holiday season. 

History

Costco was established on September 15, 1983 in Seattle, Washington, with 871 locations worldwide, including 600 in 47 states in the United States plus Puerto Rico. They are the third largest retailer worldwide. The Auto Program first came about in 1989 to help customers find new and used vehicles at fair prices for their members. 

Who Is Eligible? 

Customers with a valid Costco membership as of October 31, 2023 can receive $1,000 towards a 2022, 2023, or 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Chevy Equinox, Buick Enclave, GMC Sierra 1500, or a GMC Terrain. The special incentive started on November 1, 2023 and will run until January 2, 2024. Even while accepting the Costco member rebate, buyers can still qualify for any dealer or manufacturer incentives. 

How To Qualify?

In order to take advantage of this great opportunity, customers must receive a certificate by registering with the Costco Auto Program either at a store or by calling the Costco call center. You will receive a certificate with a special promotional code that you can use at any participating dealership that either has the vehicle currently in stock or will have it in stock by January 2, 2024. 

$1,000+ Dealer Incentives

As previously mentioned, you can use both the Costco $1,000 incentive along with any other dealer incentives or discounts on the vehicle you are purchasing, pairing the Costco rebate with end-of-year incentives 

Costco Auto Program Services

Costco Auto Program members also have the ability to save money on other programs, such as 15% off parts and services at participating service centers, agreed upon pricing on select makes and models, special pricing on used vehicles at certain dealers, as well as savings on RVs, too. 

Costco does not sell cars or negotiate on behalf of customers. Instead, they work out predetermined sales and incentive programs for members.
