​​ 2026 GMC Sierra EV adds AT4 and Elevation Trims​

The response to the 2025 GMC Sierra EV Denali has been tremendous. You appreciate the combination of efficiency, range, versatility, and capability. It is the EV pickup truck of the moment.  

That momentum will continue for the 2026 model year, when the Sierra EV will expand to include two new trim levels: Elevation and AT4. The addition of these two trim levels expands our battery-electric pickup truck options and will appeal to even more customers who enjoy the great attributes this vehicle offers. 

The Sierra EV has three battery options, unlike any other EV in its category. Elevation models will have the choice of the Standard or Extended Range battery, while AT4 models will come standard with the Extended Range battery, with an option to go with the Max Range battery. Denali models have all three battery options for customers to choose from.  

As with the Sierra 1500, the lower-priced Elevation models are far from “basic.” They offer the 16.8-inch diagonal center touchscreen powering the Premium GMC Infotainment System as standard equipment. They also have the eTrunk with power-operated hood, MultiPro Tailgate, and an available MultiPro MidGate.  

The 2026 Sierra EV Elevation also includes the After Dark interior motif and a set of 18-inch machine face wheels with a gloss black pocket. You can also add an available 800-volt DC fast charge system capable of up to 300 kilowatts, along with the 7.2-kilowatt Energy Transfer off-boarding power system. For easier driving, Elevation models come equipped with the Super Cruise hands-free driver-assistance technology.  

As the name suggests, the 2026 Sierra EV AT4 is all about off-road capability. The suspension system receives a lifted coil suspension providing two more inches of ground clearance, and a set of 35-inch all-terrain tires. A Terrain Mode is added for optimal traction through maximum maneuverability, torque, and precise control. This is integrated with one-pedal drive and automatic braking.  

On all 2025 Sierra EV AT4 models, you will experience standard 4-Wheel Steer with CrabWalk and Super Cruise. Available 800-volt DC fast charging is raised to a 350-kilowatt capacity. A larger capacity Energy Transfer Pro onboard power system has a 10.2-kilowatt capacity with both 120-volt and 240-volt outlets. Towing has also increased up to 12,300 pounds.  

The 2026 GMC Sierra EV Elevation will be available with a starting MSRP of $62,400. Now, you can get a well-equipped electric pickup truck with the capability you expect in a Sierra pickup truck.
