We drove an hour and a half to look at a used Tesla, we truly were just looking no intension of purchasing, Valley GMC was truly no pressure, in the end we purchased the used Tesla it was a delightful experience, every person we encountered was friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was on out of state buyer and Luis did an amazing job communicating with me. He shared videos of the truck, took many pictures for me, and answered all my questions. Luis was very responsive to all my texts, quickly answered all my emails, and I could not be happier with the level of care that he showed me.
Dealership was good in general. Polite and not pushy. Once the sale was done, I wasn’t impressed with the negative talking about the carbravo warranty. It was talked down and the threat of broke down vehicle, ie trany, engine ect was reiterated and reiterated to sale the extended warranty. On an exciting day, it cast a shadow on my excitement.
So much better than my past interactions with my service here. I've had issues with this location in the past with other service advisors. Jessica was extremely helpful, communicative and even sympathetic to my vehicles issues. I've been going to a different dealership for service that was a lot further from my home. After this service, I'll reconsider due to Jessica. Thanks again!

Service was great. But I was charged an additional 3% for using a credit card. This additional charge is insulting after paying over $200 for an oil change.
I only went there to do my oil change and they’re very good and fast and very welcoming.

The service team was helpful and nice. The price is the price but sticker shock on the services made me blink. They are the GMC expert and the vehicle has been running smooth.

This place is great! They’re fast friendly and efficient. I have plenty of oil change business’s to choose from that are all much closer but it’s great I sit in my car they show me the parts they pull and the good new parts they replace. Give it a try you’ll be impressed!

The dealership is very clean, very friendly people and very friendly car salesman Aaron that helped me with my auto vehicle that I have purchased. He is very friendly and most car salesman I have dealt with was never this friendly and very patient and personable. I have never felt so respected. also, I know if I have any questions. I have no problem calling him and I know he will answer the phone and take care of whatever I need.

I thought overall, this was a great experience. There were some areas that need to or could be improved.
- I was never once told that this was previously a loaner vehicle. I didn't learn until day of pickup (I live in Arlington, WA) that this vehicle had 3600 miles on it. Being a 2026, I assumed it was at like 15 miles or less, so didn't even look at that detail.

The other staff are very friendly and nice to work with as well.
