The dealership is very clean, very friendly people and very friendly car salesman Aaron that helped me with my auto vehicle that I have purchased. He is very friendly and most car salesman I have dealt with was never this friendly and very patient and personable. I have never felt so respected. also, I know if I have any questions. I have no problem calling him and I know he will answer the phone and take care of whatever I need.

I thought overall, this was a great experience. There were some areas that need to or could be improved.
- I was never once told that this was previously a loaner vehicle. I didn't learn until day of pickup (I live in Arlington, WA) that this vehicle had 3600 miles on it. Being a 2026, I assumed it was at like 15 miles or less, so didn't even look at that detail.

Just wanted to share my experience by a GMC Denali EV from them. Very easy process. Got to meet the owner and sales staff who were great. The other staff are very friendly and nice to work with as well. I’ve had a few issues with the truck which they’ve handled promptly and have given me a nice loaner to drive while fixes have been made. Really happy with the service. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Valley GMC Quick Lube for 8+ years for oil changes. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I get in and out fast every time. Best of all, they don't do the hard sell for extra services like most other quick lube businesses do. I trust this team 100%. Also, I don't own a General Motors car, but I still go there.
Valley was recommended for my Chevy Colorado Duramax engine. Oil change was so efficient, and the guys at the shop made sure my tires were in alignment and did a vehicle inspection as well. Great experience!

First time to use. Was my initial oil change that was promoted as free on my Sierra diesel. I drove up from Ocean Shores and was initially told my free change had expired 10 days prior. That is presumably the 1 year anniversary of my purchase. I only put 5k miles on it as it’s a weekend project, boat/rv puller truck. Heard the manager tell the tech “we’re honoring the free change”, and they did. In and out in 7-10 minutes.
My family has purchsed and maintained many vehicles from this dealership. Awesome place. The owners and their family are great people.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer and both experiences were amazing and quick! They go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy and confident with your purchase.
The service is prompt, friendly, and courteous. If there is one suggestion, I might make it’s that when you hand the customer the multi point inspection checklist, you have three columns, OK, may require future attention and requires immediate attention. Anything that requires immediate attention should be brought to the customers attention promptly while the customer is there. Best buying experience ever.
We had an exceptional experience with Aaron. Buying a car has never been so easy and accommodating. We took our a whole family in and every person at Valley was amazing at entertaining a toddler! There was no pushy salesman trying to sell me something we didn't want or need. We were able to tell them what we wanted, took our few days to decide, and went home with an incredible new family vehicle.
